Samsung E770 review

The Samsung SGH-E770 is a very impressive phone, combining fun and versatility in an extremely compact device.

Good design is a harmonious combination of form and functionality. The Samsung SGH-E770 is the perfect fusion of both. The design lives up to the highest of expectations, while the elegant black and silver fascia encloses impressive functionality.

The impressive sound of the Samsung SGH-E770's integrated MP3 player is bound to get your feet tapping. Even when you're on the move, you can switch between your songs in a matter of seconds with the easy-to-use MP3 hotkeys on the front fascia. You can even give your creativity free rein with the melody composer.

Dream up your own tunes and use them as your ringtone or let your favourite song alert you to incoming calls as an MP3. The original Samsung Bluetooth® stereo headset lets you enjoy music to the full and make phone calls conveniently for more fun on the go.

Experience the ultimate vibe with the Samsung SGH-E770. With the VibeTonz function, the SGH-E770 vibrates in time with your current ringtone, so you can tell who is calling from the rhythm without disturbing other people. The innovative mobile Flash menu operation offers mobile convenience. When you click on the symbol for your chosen option, it is enlarged to stand out from the rest. Then you can access all the functions quickly and easily.

The Samsung SGH-E770's 1.3 megapixel camera with 4x zoom makes you a real multimedia professional. Shoot your own short film as an MPEG-4 or take stunning photos. And surprise everyone you know by taking to the director's seat and screening your videos and photos using a projector and the TV out cable.

Overall though, the Samsung SGH-E770 looks to be a great little phone. Comparing this handset with recently announced rivals such as Nokia with their disappointing 6125 and Motorola's stylish but impractical RAZR V3i shows that Samsung really understand what they are doing in this market and are still way ahead of the competition.
